Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels
• Research target accounts and build a strong prospect pipeline
• Qualify leads and schedule demos/meetings for the sales team
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Understand enterprise learning and knowledge management needs
• Clearly articulate ByteEdge’s AI-powered value proposition to prospects
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM tools
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversions
• Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B business development or inside sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting
• Ability to understand and sell technology/SaaS solutions
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling SaaS, AI, EdTech, or enterprise solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
