Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT solutions & services (preferably BFSI domain).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXO-level preferred).
  • Create and deliver impactful sales pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design client-focused solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned

    sales/revenue targets

  • Represent Nucsoft at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

    .
  • 1–5 years of proven experience

    in business development / IT sales (preferably BFSI sector).
  • Strong understanding of

    IT services, SaaS, APIs, Data Analytics, BI tools, etc.

  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Ability to engage with

    CXO-level stakeholders

    and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools

    .
  • Go-getter attitude with

    resilience, problem-solving ability, and target-driven approach

    .
  • Ability to multitask in a

    fast-paced IT sales environment

    .
