The ideal candidate will bring leadership, commercial insight, and a deep understanding of luxury client service to elevate the in-store experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution and premium customer experience. Cultivate a high-performing, well-groomed team, inspiring them to deliver bespoke service aligned with the brands philosophy. Manage inventory and stock audits with precision, upholding stringent quality and presentation standards. Maintain the integrity and prestige of the brand across all touchpoints, from client interactions to store upkeep. Build strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing styling advice, wardrobe solutions, and made-to-measure guidance. Drive sales performance through fabric catalogue walkthroughs, consultative selling, and knowledge of construction and fit. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or Fashion. 7–8 years of experience in luxury menswear retail, with a strong background in made-to-measure or bespoke tailoring. Deep familiarity with Italian fabrics, tailoring processes, and precision in client measurements. Proven track record of converting interest into sales using fabric swatches and consultation-led selling. Polished communication skills and cultural sensitivity to cater to discerning clientele. Ability to represent the brand with the finesse and discretion expected in the luxury segment. Ideal Brand Background Candidates from the following or similar luxury houses will be preferred: Zegna, Canali, Tom Ford, Corneliani, Jade Blue, Herms.
