Job Description – Disaster Recovery Manager We are looking for an experienced Disaster Recovery Manager to lead and drive our BCP and DR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, experience in DR strategy execution, and a passion for ensuring business continuity across critical environments. Key Responsibilities: Drive Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises end-to-end. Plan, schedule, and execute DR drills for business and infrastructure applications. Report the status of DR projects, drills, and exceptions to key stakeholders. Lead initiatives to automate DR activities and improve Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) . Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post-drills and work on closing identified gaps. Ensure synchronization at OS, application, database, network, and security levels during recovery. Maintain and regularly update DR runbooks in coordination with SMEs. Collaborate with OEMs and vendors for deployment of DR tools and automation solutions. Maintain standard documentation for all DR operations. Ensure DR processes are compliant with applicable regulations and standards. Design and implement cloud-based DR solutions in coordination with leading cloud providers.
