What We’re Looking For:
Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end technical solutions for BFSI clients, aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Interface with clients at high level to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Define solution architecture based on RFPs, evaluate technology stacks, and present proposals with detailed architectural blueprints.
• Develop pre-sales proof of concept (POC) code and deliver technical demonstrations showcasing solution capabilities.
• Design and document detailed technical components using high-level architectural guidelines, design patterns, and reusable code modules.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of the proposed solutions.
• Oversee the development lifecycle to maintain code quality, architectural integrity, and alignment with technical standards.
• Provide post-implementation support, including application maintenance and enhancement activities.
• Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code and design reviews, and ensure technical upskilling.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and contribute to the professional development of team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends relevant to BFSI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in solution architecture, technical design, and software development within the BFSI domain.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Java/.NET/Node.js and relevant tech stacks for web and mobile applications.
• Excellent knowledge of databases, security protocols, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, ensure delivery within SLAs, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and pre-sales solutioning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect) are a plus.
