The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both IT roles and the specific requirements of the BFSI sector, with the ability to identify and attract top tech talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for BFSI clients/projects Source candidates for roles such as Java Developers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and other BFSI-focused IT profiles Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and domain-specific skills Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future IT hiring needs Maintain recruitment reports and ensure smooth candidate onboarding Requirements Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field 35 years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 12 years in BFSI domain hiring Familiarity with BFSI industry technologies and terminologies Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Join us to work on exciting BFSI projects and grow your career in IT recruitment!
