What We’re Looking For:
Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Business Users

  : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements for IT solutions.

• Create Functional Specifications

  : Translate business requirements into functional IT requirements, and prepare detailed

  Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

• Facilitate Requirements Gathering

  : Lead or participate in cross-functional meetings to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements for new projects and enhancements.

• Collaborate with Development & Testing Teams

  : Work with development and testing teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, ensuring the solutions align with business needs.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  : Oversee and support UAT to validate that IT solutions meet the functional requirements and perform as expected.

• Time Management

  : Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Experience

  : 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.

• Technical Knowledge

  : Proficiency in

  Basic SQL

  for data querying and familiarity with reporting tools such as

  Excel

  ,

  PowerPoint

  , and other reporting platforms.

• Business Acumen

  : Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional IT requirements.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

  : Experience working with both business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, define, and clarify requirements.

  : Strong attention to detail when documenting requirements and testing deliverables.

• Agile Methodology

  : Experience working in Agile environments and using Agile tools like
