What You’ll Do!!

As a Brand & Marketing Manager, you will:

• Branding & Design: Create and manage samples, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency. Use AI/design tools to speed up creative development.

• Marketing Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute product launches, dealer promotions, and seasonal campaigns across digital, print, events, and dealer networks. Monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness.

• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage Wonderwoods’ social media pages, grow community engagement, run ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and maintain a structured content calendar (posts, reels, case studies, blogs).

• SEO & Website: Drive website traffic and lead generation through SEO. Manage website content and campaign-specific landing pages.

• Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to design dealer promotions, create marketing kits, and support sales with leads, presentations, and engagement content. Track sales & marketing performance metrics and report to management.

• AI & Marketing Automation: Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign ideas, competitor research, and automate lead follow-ups, emailers, and dashboards.

Requirements and Core Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Design.

• 4–8 years of proven experience in branding, digital marketing, and sales marketing.

• Strong creative and design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).

• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics.

• Experience in sales-marketing coordination.

• Familiarity with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, etc.).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
