You’ll collaborate with creative, digital, and product teams to strengthen brand recall, drive engagement, and build meaningful customer connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategy to enhance awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Plan and oversee 360° marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and events.
• Ensure brand consistency across visuals, communication, and customer experience.
• Lead collaborations, partnerships, and influencer/PR initiatives.
• Manage content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and offline collaterals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams for GTM strategies and promotions.
• Analyse campaign performance and ensure ROI on marketing spends.
• Manage creative partners, agencies, and the internal marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of

  digital marketing, PR, and retail branding.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
