Job Description

As the National Brand Head for the international restaurant and bar chain, your primary responsibility will be to lead the brand's marketing strategy in India. You will work under the guidance of the Marketing Head to develop and implement integrated marketing plans that promote the brand as a premier destination for entertainment, food, and lifestyle experiences. - **Brand Strategy and Management:** Align the marketing strategy with the global brand ethos and local business objectives. Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and explore new opportunities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement. - **Campaign Development and Execution:** Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer marketing strategies. Oversee the launch of seasonal promotions, special events, and new menu offerings for impactful campaigns. - **Market Research and Insights:** Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Leverage data analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign ROI. - **Partnerships and Collaborations:** Build and nurture strategic alliances with media houses, event organizers, influencers, and other stakeholders. Negotiate and manage partnerships for large-scale events, sponsorships, and brand activations. - **Digital and Social Media Marketing:** Drive the digital marketing strategy to maintain a strong online presence through social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and paid media. Create engaging content strategies to grow brand affinity and follower engagement. - **Leadership and Team Management:** Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and PR, to achieve business goals. - **Budget and Performance Management:** Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and overall brand health. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, focusing on lifestyle, food & beverage, or hospitality industries. - Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns at a national level. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging marketing technologies. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.,
