Brand Manager

Job Title: Brand Manager CORPQLO (New Apparel Line)

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Managing Director

About the Role:

Corpqlo is launching an exciting new line of apparel focused on corporate wear, scrubs, and yoga clothing etc. We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead this project from concept to market. This role combines strategic planning, product development, and sales managementideal for someone passionate about building brands from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development

• • Develop and execute the brand’s identity, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

• • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

• • Create and manage annual brand plans, budgets, and performance metrics.

Product Development

• • Work with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to develop high-quality, functional, and stylish products.

• • Oversee the sampling, testing, and production process to ensure quality and timelines.

• • Develop product pricing and packaging strategies aligned with brand goals.

Sales & Marketing

• • Build and manage sales channels—online (own website, marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, etc.) and offline (B2B or pop-ups).

• • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives.

• • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and customer feedback to optimize results.

Team & Collaboration

• • Collaborate with Corpqlo’s existing corporate uniform team for cross-brand opportunities.

• • Build and manage a small cross-functional team (design, marketing, e-commerce).

Qualifications & Skills

• • 5+ years of experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand management.

• • Strong understanding of brand strategy, e-commerce, and product development cycles.

• • Creative mindset with analytical ability to interpret data and trends.

• • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
