Role Overview

As a Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind client brand growth—shaping positioning, guiding creative direction, and ensuring consistent brand communication across platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution—translating business goals into cohesive brand experiences that resonate deeply with target audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage brand strategy, positioning, and identity across multiple client accounts.
  • Lead annual brand planning, market analysis, and consumer insight generation to inform creative and media strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, PR, media) to ensure brand consistency and storytelling coherence.
  • Oversee campaign development from ideation through execution and performance measurement.
  • Serve as the brand guardian—ensuring all creative assets reflect brand tone, look, and personality.
  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic counsel on brand growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and thought leadership.
  • Track, evaluate, and report campaign performance and brand health metrics to stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Brand Management, or related field preferred.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably within a creative agency or consumer brand.
  • Proven success in managing brand portfolios and complex marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content strategy, and emerging media.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Creative sensibility with data-driven decision-making skills.
