Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager with proven hands-on experience working with a D2C brand (preferably fashion/lifestyle/jewellery).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the brand strategy across all customer touchpoints (website, social, ads, packaging, content).
• Build a strong, consistent brand identity aligned with D2C growth goals.
• Work closely with performance marketing, content, design & founders.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, launches & seasonal drops.
• Ensure brand storytelling resonates with the online-first D2C audience.
• Analyze brand metrics: brand recall, engagement, conversions, customer feedback.
• Manage influencers, collaborations & community-building initiatives.

Must-Have Experience

• 1+ years of experience as a Brand Manager / Brand Lead.
• Direct experience working in a D2C brand (not just agency support).
• Experience in fashion / jewellery / lifestyle / beauty D2C brands is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels & consumer behaviour.
• Has worked closely with performance marketing & content teams.
• Knows how to balance brand + revenue (not just aesthetics).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
