Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand the market and brand in detail

● Strong analytical and creative ability

● Clear plan on how to win in the market against competition, in a given category

● Plan & execute 360* marketing campaigns for our brands, with clear goals and metrics in mind

● Clear understanding of the digital space and digital campaigns

● Work with cross functional teams to think of levers to lift the brand and grow it

● Growth mindset and ambition to take ambitious targets

● Strong bias for action and quick action

Qualification:

● Master’s degree in management/marketing from Tier 1 institutes

● Experience: 3-5 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed

● Preferred - Experience in face categories

● Strong analytical bent of mind, to lay out clear brand strategy

● Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation
