Job Summary

As a Brand Manager in the skincare industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's public image through marketing initiatives. Your creativity and ability to generate new ideas will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth, awareness, and customer loyalty.
• Brand Visualisation: Define and maintain the brand's visual identity, including tone, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Photoshoot Execution: Plan and execute photoshoots to create engaging brand content, working with photographers, stylists, and models to bring the brand's vision to life.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, influencer) to reach target audiences.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging brand content (blog posts, videos, social media posts).
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, customer service, sales) to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong understanding of the skincare industry and D2C business model.
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, social media management, and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
