Job Summary As a Brand Manager in the skincare industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's public image through marketing initiatives. Your creativity and ability to generate new ideas will be essential in this role. Responsibilities Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth, awareness, and customer loyalty. Brand Visualisation: Define and maintain the brand's visual identity, including tone, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints. Photoshoot Execution: Plan and execute photoshoots to create engaging brand content, working with photographers, stylists, and models to bring the brand's vision to life. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, influencer) to reach target audiences. Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging brand content (blog posts, videos, social media posts). Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, customer service, sales) to ensure brand consistency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing. Strong understanding of the skincare industry and D2C business model. Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills. Experience with marketing automation tools, social media management, and analytics platforms. Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
