Please find the tasks & responsibilities attached to the role

*Client Servicing & Relationship Management* -

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving for the Gurugram office.

- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

*Social Media & Digital Strategy Development*-

- Create, implement, and monitor effective social media and digital strategies aligned with client goals.

- Ensure measurable outcomes in terms of reach, engagement, and conversions.

*Team Leadership & Management*

- Guide, mentor, and manage the team to ensure high performance, productivity, and creative output.

Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

*Content Creation & Publishing*

- Oversee the creation of engaging, relevant, and impactful social media content.

- Ensure timely publishing across platforms in line with brand voice and objectives.

*Media Outreach & Public Relations*

- Build strong connections with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

- Develop, pitch, and close organic media coverage and editorial content to drive visibility for clients.

*Partnerships, Collaborations & PR Campaigns*

- Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with brands, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

- Execute PR initiatives and campaigns to enhance client positioning.

*Project Management & Delivery*

- Ensure timely delivery of all projects, campaigns, and client deliverables.

- Maintain high standards of quality and accountability.

• Deep knowledge of social media & Digital Marketing Concepts
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Experience of working in an agency
• Maturity to understand deadlines and get the task completed
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the real estate, architecture, interior design, or luxury brand sectors is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience of handling Corporate/MSME/SMEs will be preferred over experience with Startups (since we don't have any startup clients)
