Brand Manager

Role Overview: As a Brand Manager at Gubblebums, you will play a crucial role in shaping client brand initiatives, coordinating internal efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of creative campaigns. You will act as the liaison between strategy and implementation, overseeing brand positioning, client relationships, and campaign performance to drive impactful results. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and messaging for clients - Orchestrate comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital and offline platforms - Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of creative assets - Leverage data and insights for campaign optimization - Conduct client onboarding processes - Maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact - Coordinate internal teams to deliver work aligned with client objectives and timelines - Monitor campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for clients - Summarize essential meetings and feedback to keep stakeholders aligned - Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and offer proactive suggestions for improvements - Provide guidance and support to junior team members - Facilitate brainstorming sessions - Maintain project trackers and documentation - Cultivate a collaborative and creative environment within the brand and content teams Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or project/account management, with a preference for agency experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills - Creative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric approach - Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and Excel/Sheets is desirable.,
