We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can own and drive brand strategy and execution across multiple clients. You’ll be the strategic glue — translating business goals into clear brand positioning, ensuring consistency across creative and digital touchpoints, and managing client relationships with confidence. You should be equally comfortable in workshops and status calls, and adept at turning insights into sharp, consistent brand experiences.
• Lead brand discovery sessions and translate client briefs into positioning, messaging frameworks, and activation ideas.
• Define brand tone, identity guardrails, and messaging hierarchies that guide campaigns and content.
• Spot whitespace and strategic opportunities through competitor & audience analysis.
• Own client relationships — set expectations, present strategic work, and manage feedback loops.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of brand initiatives across design, creative, and digital teams.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resourcing for multiple accounts.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice and visual identity across channels (web, social, video, packaging, presentations).
• Review creative deliverables to ensure strategic alignment and brand fidelity.
• Translate strategy into briefs that are clear, actionable, and inspiring for creative teams.
• Conduct market, competitive, and consumer research to inform strategy and creative direction.
• Pull actionable insights and translate them into measurable briefs and campaign hypotheses.
• Partner closely with design, creative, performance marketing, and digital teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Present work to clients/stakeholders with strategic rationale and creative clarity.
• Mentor/coordinate with junior team members or external partners when needed.
• 2–5 years’ experience in brand management, brand strategy, or marketing — agency experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills: confident presenting strategy and managing feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear, structured thinking.
• A sharp eye for storytelling, design sensibility, and brand experience.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Portfolio or case examples that show strategic thinking and brand outcomes (preferred).
• Work on diverse brands — from early-stage startups to established players.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team that values clarity, creativity, and impact.
• Hands-on ownership — shape strategy and execution end-to-end.
• Collaborative, experimental culture with room to learn and lead.
