Brand Manager

Were looking for a dynamic and hands-on Brand Manager to support on-ground brand and marketing activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will play a key role in vendor coordination, event execution, inventory management, and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Event Execution:

  Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, events, and brand visibility initiatives at project sites.

• Vendor Management:

  Coordinate with external vendors for branding materials, event setups, and ensure timely delivery and quality.

• Stock & Asset Maintenance:

  Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals, branding materials, and display assets at the site level.

• Marketing Payments & Documentation:

  Maintain marketing payment sheets, track budgets, and coordinate with finance for timely processing.

• Support Content Creation:

  Assist in planning and executing social media reels, behind-the-scenes content, and customer testimonial shoots.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  Work closely with project sales, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of plans.

We’re excited about you because you have:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing/Digital marketing
• 4 - 8 years of Experience in real estate market
• Strong organizational & coordination skills
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Interest in on-ground marketing and digital content
• Familiarity with branding in real estate (preferred)
