Job Overview:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, positioning, and perception of the company within the IT services domain. This role involves managing brand communication across digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand-led growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:

    • Develop and implement the overall brand strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Define brand guidelines, tone, and messaging to maintain consistency across all channels.
    • Conduct market research to understand brand perception and competitive positioning.
  • Marketing & Communication:

    • Manage all aspects of brand communication including digital, social media, PR, and offline campaigns.
    • Collaborate with content, design, and digital marketing teams to create impactful brand assets.
    • Oversee development of case studies, whitepapers, and success stories to strengthen brand authority.
  • Digital Branding:

    • Enhance online brand presence through SEO, social media, and content marketing strategies.
    • Manage corporate website branding, updates, and user experience in collaboration with the tech and design teams.
    • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance to optimize engagement and ROI.
  • Event & Partnership Management:

    • Plan and manage brand participation in IT events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Collaborate with partners, clients, and agencies for co-branding and promotional initiatives.
  • Internal Branding:

    • Drive internal communication and employer branding initiatives to align employees with brand values.
    • Work with HR to promote the company as an employer of choice in the IT industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 48 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications (preferably in IT services or technology industry).
  • Strong understanding of B2B branding, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
