Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our IT services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and targeted sales initiatives in domestic and/or international markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients in need of IT services such as software development, web/mobile applications, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close business deals. Create proposals, pitch presentations, and detailed project scopes tailored to client needs. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools and regularly report progress to senior leadership. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of client requirements with delivery capabilities. Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth areas. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close profitable deals. Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4+ years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of technology and digital transformation trends.
