Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, strategic Brand Manager – Digital Marketing to build and strengthen Edvia.ai’s brand presence from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in building and scaling a product or brand, with a strong focus on data analysis, performance monitoring, and conversion optimization, with strong skills in lead analysis, funnel tracking, and continuously improving conversion rates through data-driven decision making.

You will play a pivotal role in defining how Edvia's is perceived in the market, crafting compelling brand narratives, and driving measurable growth through effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop, implement, and evolve Edvia's digital brand strategy from scratch, with clear milestones and measurable KPIs.
✅ Create detailed performance and progress reports to demonstrate where the brand/product began and the growth achieved under your leadership.✅ Ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points, including website, social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and partnerships.✅ Monitor all entry and exit points in the customer journey — from first touch to conversion — and proactively optimise each stage to maintain a healthy, improving conversion ratio month over month.
✅ Plan, execute, and track high-impact digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified leads.✅ Use data and analytics to test, optimise, and report on lead quality and conversion rates regularly.✅ Work closely with the design and content teams to produce on-brand creatives and messaging.✅ Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and positioning opportunities.✅ Use data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, dashboards) to generate actionable insights and recommendations.✅ Report campaign performance, user flow insights, and conversion metrics to leadership, with clear plans for continuous improvement.✅ Foster cross-functional collaboration and guide external agencies or freelancers if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in brand management and digital marketing, with a track record of building and scaling a product or brand from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver detailed before-and-after analysis reports on brand or product growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion rate optimisation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, campaign trackers, etc.).
  • Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to align teams and drive results under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
