Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Career Counsellor with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in EdTech and international education counselling. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of global higher education systems and a proven track record of successfully guiding students. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, technical proficiency, and a results-driven approach are essential. Key Responsibilities Counsel students on international education opportunities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe , and other destinations. Guide students in using the Edvia.ai platform to check eligibility, explore programs, and apply to universities. Understand students' academic backgrounds, preferences, and career goals to provide accurate and effective guidance. Stay updated on global admission processes, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure students receive end-to-end support throughout the application journey. Conduct webinars, info sessions, and support campaigns to engage prospective students. Maintain high levels of productivity and contribute to platform growth through quality counselling. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in career counselling with a focus on overseas education in an EdTech or similar setup. In-depth knowledge of international admission systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe). Exceptional communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Technically proficient; comfortable with digital platforms, CRMs, and virtual engagement tools. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a student-first mindset. Proven ability to work in high-performance environments and meet targets.
