Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Student Visa Counselor. The role involves guiding students through the process of securing admission to educational institutions abroad, assisting with visa application documentation, and preparing clients through mock interview sessions. The counselor will also be responsible for providing tailored advice to students, professionals, and families in alignment with their educational and career aspirations, while maintaining top-notch customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide candidates effectively in achieving educational and career goals.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure seamless interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• A background in Education or related fields to understand and meet the diverse needs of students and families.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with a close-knit team.
• Experience in visa documentation and familiarity with immigration processes is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Education, Counseling, or International Relations, is preferred.
