Student Visa Counselor

As a Student Visa Counsellor at Rio Overseas Education & Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in guiding students who are planning to study abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to stay well-informed about the visa processes of various countries, with a strong focus on UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. You will be responsible for verifying documents, filling visa forms, and following up on visa application processes from start to end. Maintaining cordial relations with students and branches, ensuring students are well-prepared for visa interviews, and providing periodic reports to management will be key aspects of your role. Active participation in education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars is expected, along with writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per country requirements. Assessing student profiles, helping them select suitable study programs, assisting with admission processing, and guiding them through the visa application process are essential duties. As an overseas study consultant, you will also help students with document preparation, education loans, estimated expenses, and statement of purpose (SOP) writing. Guiding students through the visa processing, ensuring they are well-prepared for visa interviews, and assisting with the process after enrollment are integral parts of the job. This is a full-time and permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of counseling experience. The work location is in person, where you will actively contribute to creating a professional work environment and ensuring a positive experience for students throughout the admission process.,
