Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Visa Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Student Visa Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on visa applications, advising on educational opportunities, career counseling, calling and customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting student consultations, answering inquiries, preparing documentation, and assisting with visa interview preparations.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of the education system and visa processes
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the immigration consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
