Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at our company, your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with key clients who contribute significantly to the company's revenue. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client's unique needs and aligning them with our products, services, and solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving business growth and maximizing long-term profitability by identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to design and execute campaigns that attract new clients and increase market reach. You will focus on generating new leads for the entire HORECA team and exploring potential markets. Handling cold calling and passing on the generated leads to the regional sales team will be part of your daily tasks. Proactively addressing challenges and finding effective solutions to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction is a key aspect of your role. Collaborating with the central team to develop new packs according to customer needs and creating and maintaining national contracts with the legal team is also part of your responsibilities. Conducting data research on various market segments and product trends to identify potential products for development is essential. Overseeing the sampling process for HORECA clients and organizing end-to-end events at various locations across the territory will be part of your duties. Maintaining accurate records of Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for all meetings, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders, and tracking follow-up actions are crucial. Acting as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure effective execution of sales strategies for the HORECA segment is also important. Handling customer complaints and escalations promptly to maintain positive client relationships is a key responsibility. Supporting the sales team in understanding product offerings and operational procedures and conducting training sessions as needed to enhance team effectiveness in HORECA sales are part of your role. Maintaining appropriate documentation and record-keeping related to the job role, developing, standardizing, and implementing SOPs and other business flows for smooth functioning, managing agreements related to all sales activities, and working closely with other departments for maximum profitability are crucial tasks as a Key Account Manager. Your role involves facilitating communication and cooperation among teams to enhance overall business performance.,
