We are currently hiring!! Responsibilities Design and develop innovative and marketable clothing collections for the Indian market, considering current trends and brand identity. Translate design concepts into sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards. Source and select high-quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments based on design specifications and budget constraints. Collaborate with patternmakers and sample makers to ensure designs are translated accurately into physical garments. Oversee the sampling process, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience working in the fashion industry, preferably with a global brand. Strong understanding of the design process, from concept to production. Good sketching and technical drawing skills. In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims, and construction techniques.
