Key Responsibilities πŸš€ Revenue & Growth Design and implement communication strategies that directly contribute to lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Work closely with the marketing team to build customized sales funnels that convert aspirational brides and elite planners into long-term clients. Lead strategic sales pitches, storytelling decks, and campaign proposals that win hearts and close deals. 🀝 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build, nurture, and retain deep relationships with B2B and B2C clients β€” luxury planners, couture designers, hospitality partners, and HNIs. Seamlessly onboard new clients with an elevated, guided experience β€” from first inquiry to final film delivery. Establish a system of long-term client nurturing and repeat business, turning every client into a brand evangelist. 🌍 Brand Representation & Promotion Be the face of Novella at weddings, industry events, bridal expos, and luxury networking circles. Build collaborations with influencers, fashion icons, wedding bloggers/pages, and digital platforms for visibility and lead flow. Are strategically sharp and emotionally intelligent β€” can pitch like a CEO and follow-up like a friend. Have a proven track record of revenue generation, client conversion, and relationship retention. Understand the wedding, luxury, fashion, or creative services industry β€” and have experience dealing with high-end clientele. Can confidently present, pitch, host, and engage at events β€” from 1-on-1 meetings to 500-person expos. Know how to work with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, proposal builders, and email marketing workflows. Are dynamic with your timing, availability, and adaptability β€” especially for shoots, weddings, and high-pressure client timelines. Are an outgoing, strategic communicator with high emotional intelligence and presentation skills. Have experience in high-value service industries (luxury weddings, fashion, hospitality, creative agencies). Thrive in dynamic environments, love travel, live for big moments, and stay calm in chaos.
