Role Overview

Manager – Brand & Communication

hybrid model (Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities

Drive
360° integrated marketing campaigns
— from concept to execution.
Manage
social media, content marketing, and events
to boost brand engagement.
Handle
product launches
, storytelling, and thought leadership initiatives.
Collaborate with
creative, media, and digital agencies
for consistent brand delivery.
Develop
internal communications
to enhance engagement across teams.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and ROI.

What You Bring

5–10 years of experience in
Brand Communication / Integrated Marketing / FP&A
.
Strong hands-on expertise in
budgeting, campaign planning, and execution
.
Proven success working in
B2C or product-based companies
(no service-only backgrounds).
Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills.
Creativity, storytelling, and comfort managing
video and content production
.
Exposure to
AI-driven content, analytics tools, or new media
is a plus.
