Role Overview: As a Branch Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all sales operations within the branch. You will be tasked with ensuring the achievement of sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. Your role will involve leading and motivating the sales team, developing strategic plans for revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients and business partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement branch sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals. - Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team targets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. - Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review. - Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and lead generation. - Recruit, train, and evaluate branch sales personnel to uphold a high-performing team. - Oversee daily branch operations to ensure excellent customer service and efficient processes. - Handle escalated customer issues and promptly resolve them to maintain customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in a branch or regional capacity. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting tools. - Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,
