Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad, Kadi, Patan. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving business targets. The role includes leading and motivating the sales team, building relationships with customers, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the financial or housing finance industry is an advantage.
• Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address client needs.
• Operational and Compliance knowledge, with an understanding of housing finance products and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address operational challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and technology to monitor performance and streamline operations.
