Branch Sales Manager

You will be working as a Branch Sales Manager for Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited (MOHFL) in Davanagere. Your primary responsibility will involve managing sales operations at the branch, leading the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and overseeing loan processing and risk assessment to uphold loan quality. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and performance management. A strong understanding of retail lending, mortgage lending, and loan processing is essential.
