Job Title: Project Manager (Electrical & LV Systems / Mechanical HVAC / Fire / Plumbing) Location: Mumbai Qualification: Diploma / Graduate from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Software Skills: Autocad, MS Office, MS projects, Primavera. Experience: 10 + Years of experience in Projects / Operations / Contacts / Design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, LV & other Systems. Individual should have in depth knowledge on design, construction & commissioning of Electrical / HVAC / Fire / Plumbing designing. Understanding of sizing & various applications: Electrical - Distribution systems involving, Substations, Transformers, HV/LV Switchgear Panels, Lightning Arresters, Protection System, PCC, MCC, Diesel Generators etc. including Protection and relay coordination, Short circuit study and voltage drop calculations on cables, bus ducts by conventional method and also by software. Lighting requirement calculations conventional and by special software such as Dialux, etc. using AutoCAD drawings. Earthing calculations for electrical system and for lightning protection. HVAC Understanding of Ducting, Piping, VRV, Chillers, Split Systems, Chilled water, Cooling towers, Radiant Cooling, AHUs FCUs, Pumps, Exhaust Fans, Smoke Ventilation, basement Ventilation, Fresh Air, etc. Understanding of HVAC design softwares for HEAT load / Duct sizing. Fire Fire Hydrants & Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, Fire Piping, Hose reels, Fire detection systems, Fire extinguishers, Gas based systems, Fire Curtains, Pre action panels, NOVEC 1230, etc. Plumbing Water Distribution systems, RWH system, Water Purification WTP, STP, Storage Tanks, Hydro-pneumatic Systems, Irrigation Systems, Water fixtures, etc. BMS / PLC IO calculations, SCADA System integration / interfacing with other services such as HVAC, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV Cameras, Lighting, Electrical, Data, Voice and other communication Systems etc. Job Requirement: Work as Construction Manager & execute following responsibilities: Role Responsibilities CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (a) Manage/coordinate activities and output of the consultant team during the construction stage (e.g. ensure that contractor RFIs are responded to in a timely fashion to prevent delay, ensure that consultants monitor contractors works in accordance with the terms of the consultants appointments) (b) Contract Administration a. Administer the construction contracts on behalf of Client. b. Upon Client confirmation produce and issue all formal project related documentation to related key parties where applicable (e.g. instructions, variation orders, certificates of payment, interim certifications, practical completion certificates, final certificates etc) (c) Construction Programme a. Prepare and issue a detailed construction & commissioning programme b. Track progress against the construction & commissioning programme c. Forward construction progress photos on a weekly basis to Client
