Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design 3D stage setups, exhibition stalls, event layouts, and immersive experiences.
Develop detailed 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and design presentations for client approvals.
Collaborate closely with clients, production, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
Create technical drawings and specifications for fabrication teams.
Work with 2D designers, lighting experts, and fabricators to align on event requirements.
Ensure designs are in line with brand guidelines, event themes, and budgets.
Stay updated on the latest trends in event design, technology, and materials.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree / Diploma in Interior Design, 3D Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as a 3D Designer in event management / exhibition / creative agency.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD.
Strong spatial visualization and attention to detail.
Ability to handle pressure and work on tight timelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
