Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Rudrapur. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the branch team, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, developing sales strategies, guiding the team towards goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, maintaining compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment within the branch.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills with experience in setting and achieving targets.
Proficiency in customer relationship management and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Leadership and team management abilities to supervise and motivate branch staff effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
Knowledge of home loan products and the housing finance industry is preferred.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
