Job Description

Branch Sales Manager
Role & Responsibilities

Achieve targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfilment from the Open Market and alternate channels.
Monitor branches and set targets for them.
Develop and manage branch network for mortgage loans in the geographical region.
Analyze and formulate sales plans and strategy to achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
Prepare and maintain various MIS reports for reference of top management.
Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.
Assist in negotiation of terms and follow through to closing.
Implement procedures and training to prevent frauds.
Understand competitor bank products and services, property loans, training, loans against property, business plan, and channel partners.
