Role Description

The Branch Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the hospital branch. This role involves managing people, processes, patient experience, compliance, and financial performance, ensuring seamless service delivery and alignment with Maxivision’s quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning of all departments (Front Office, OPD, OT, Pharmacy, Optical, Billing, etc.).
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Monitor and achieve branch performance metrics including revenue, patient footfall, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement corporate policies, SOPs, and ensure statutory & quality compliance.
  • Lead and develop the branch team, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and support staff for seamless service delivery.
  • Handle escalations from patients and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure effective inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to management.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and community outreach programs in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits.
  • Support new service launches and ensure adoption of new processes/technologies.


Key Requirements

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in hospital / healthcare operations; experience in eye care preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of NABH / quality standards, statutory compliances, and healthcare protocols.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
