Job Description

The Branch Manager in the Agency Channel will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving agency business growth, and managing a team of Agency Leaders/Advisors. This role requires strong leadership to achieve sales targets, expand the agency network, and ensure operational excellence while building long-term relationships with both team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the branch team and agency leaders to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales through recruitment, development, and retention of quality advisors.
Achieve consistent revenue growth by ensuring productivity and performance of the agency force.
Recruit, train, and motivate new advisors to strengthen the agency network.
Conduct regular meetings, training programs, and performance reviews for agency leaders and advisors.
Monitor sales performance, analyze branch-level data, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Represent the branch in local market development and brand-building activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
812 years in sales/branch management in life insurance (experience in the Agency Channel will be an added advantage).
