Job Description

As a Branch Manager for Life Insurance in Wardha, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the business to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the branch team to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets. - Driving new customer acquisition and ensuring high customer retention rates. - Recruiting, training, and developing sales teams specialized in life insurance distribution. - Building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and channel partners. - Monitoring business performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Analyzing market trends and implementing strategies to expand business in the region. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Graduation is mandatory (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry. - Possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
