Job Description

What are we looking for?

Associate Circle Head (ACH)

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a team of
8 -10 frontline sales professionals
to drive business growth.
Design, implement, and execute effective
sales plans and strategies
to expand the agent distribution network.
Foster
desired sales behaviors
within the team using digital sales management tools.
Manage and achieve the
revenue objectives
of the assigned branch/unit.
Review and monitor team performance, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure success.
Ensure high
business quality, persistency, and compliance standards
across the team.
Strengthen long-term relationships with agents and stakeholders to drive consistent business growth.

Work Experience:

Minimum 7-8
years of overall sales experience in which Min 4 Years Of Life Insurance Experience
At least
2 years of people management experience
in sales/insurance/financial services.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
