Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of

    Relationship Managers / Direct Sales Executives

    .
  • Drive business targets for the

    Direct Channel

    in the Hyderabad branch.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue, productivity, and profitability goals.
  • Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
  • Train, guide, and mentor sales staff to improve selling skills and enhance performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competition activities, and implement local strategies for growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain service excellence.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate, MBA preferred.
  • 810 years of sales experience

    (minimum 3 years in Life Insurance / BFSI sector).
  • Proven track record in

    direct sales and team management

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Hyderabad market dynamics

    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within timelines.
