Job Description

As a Branch Head in the automobile industry with 5-10 years of experience in sales, service, or branch management, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and operational excellence of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Branch Operations Management**: - Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency. - Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of sales, service, inventory, and financial transactions. - Ensuring optimal utilization of resources, equipment, and infrastructure. - **Sales & Business Development**: - Formulating and executing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. - Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including corporate and fleet accounts. - Monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions as needed. - **Customer Service & Experience**: - Ensuring delivery of superior customer service across all functions. - Addressing and resolving escalated customer complaints in a timely manner. - Implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. - **Team Leadership & Human Resource Management**: - Leading, mentoring, and developing branch personnel. - Conducting periodic performance appraisals and implementing training plans. - Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional excellence. - **Financial & Resource Management**: - Monitoring branch financial performance, revenue, expenses, and profitability. - Preparing and submitting operational and financial reports. - Implementing cost-control measures while maintaining quality standards. - **Compliance & Governance**: - Ensuring adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. - Maintaining proper documentation for compliance and audits. - Conducting regular inspections to ensure operational compliance. - **Stakeholder & Vendor Management**: - Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders. - Coordinating with marketing and corporate teams for campaigns and promotions. - Representing the branch in corporate meetings and external engagements. **Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. - Strong understanding of automobile sales, service operations, and dealership processes. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software is desirable. In this role, you will need competencies such as strategic planning, leadership, customer orientation, operational excellence, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities to drive success. This is a full-time, permanent position with cell phone reimbursement benefits and an in-person work location.,
