Position: Service Engineer – Heavy Line (JCB) Location: Ujjain, Ratlam, Mandsor, Neemuch Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in heavy machinery service (preferably JCB equipment) Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain JCB heavy line equipment (excavators, loaders, backhoe, etc.). Perform preventive maintenance as per company guidelines. Ensure timely resolution of service complaints to minimize equipment downtime. Provide technical support and guidance to customers. Maintain accurate service records and prepare service reports. Coordinate with spare parts and workshop teams for repairs. Train customer operators on basic machine maintenance and operations. Ensure safety and quality standards during service work. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Willingness to travel and work on-site. Good communication and customer handling skills. Position: Sales Engineer – Heavy Line & Construction Equipment Location: Ujjain, Ratlam, Mandsor Job Summary: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of JCB machinery & equipment, Backhoe loaders and other construction machinery. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in the construction, mining, and industrial sectors. Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for JCB machinery & equipment. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Maintain in-depth knowledge of JCB products and their applications. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Offer expert advice and technical support to customers. Sales Reporting: Develop and implement effective sales reports to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers. Ensure successful closure of deals and follow up on post-sale activities. Coordinate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Collaboration & Training: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Share best practices and insights with the sales team.
