Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Commercial Vehicle division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and extensive experience in managing sales, operations, and service functions within the commercial vehicle segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Growth:
• Drive business growth in the Commercial Vehicle vertical.
• Identify new opportunities in B2B and institutional sales.
• Develop long-term strategies to improve sales performance and market presence.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee dealer/distributor network management and performance.
• Manage pricing strategies, tender participation, and key account relationships.
• Operational Oversight:
• Ensure smooth functioning of sales, service, and logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, vehicle allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve major escalations and implement feedback-driven improvements.
• Team Leadership:
• Build, train, and manage a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and align team goals with business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
