Job Title: Branch Head – Automobile
Experience: 5–10 years in automobile sales/service/branch management

Position Summary:
The Branch Head – Automobile is responsible for the overall management and operational excellence of the branch, ensuring achievement of sales and service targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will lead all branch functions, including sales, service, parts, finance, and administration, while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of branch activities, including sales, service, inventory, and financial transactions.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Formulate and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate and fleet accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Customer Service & Experience:
• Ensure delivery of superior customer service across all branch functions.
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Team Leadership & Human Resource Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch personnel to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
• Conduct periodic performance appraisals and implement training and development plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional excellence.
• Financial & Resource Management:
• Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare, review, and submit periodic operational and financial reports to regional management.
• Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Compliance & Governance:
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for statutory compliance and audits.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational and procedural compliance.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and corporate teams for campaigns, promotions, and branch initiatives.
• Represent the branch in corporate meetings, industry forums, and external engagements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of automobile sales, service operations, inventory management, and dealership processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
