Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to lead and manage large, complex multi-tower IT services bids. This role requires strong coordination across multiple business units and group entities to ensure seamless bid execution. The candidate will oversee the entire bid lifecyclefrom planning and proposal development to final deliverywhile mentoring junior bid managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A key aspect of the role involves engaging in presales activities, preparing responses to RFPs/RFIs, and conducting high-level meetings with C-suite stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in Apps/Infra environments, with a preference for experience in digital innovation projects, and must demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and time-zone flexibility.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Lead and manage large, complex multi-tower IT services bids, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple business units and group entities.Drive end-to-end bid processes, including planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality proposals.Supervise and mentor Junior Bid Managers and collaborate with Bid Managers from other entities to ensure consistent and effective bid responses.Align work schedules with stakeholders across different time zones to ensure timely communication and delivery.Engage in presales activities, supporting business development through strategic proposal creation and client interactions.Prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and public notices, ensuring compliance and alignment with client expectations.Conduct and lead meetings with C-level executives, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.Work effectively under pressure, maintaining clarity and articulation in high-stakes environments.Contribute to proposals in Apps/Infra domains, with a preference for experience in Innovation and Digital Experience projects.Ensure high standards of written and spoken English, with clear and professional communication.
