Job Description

Job Title: Bench Sales Manager (OPT to GC Expertise)

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Bench Sales Recruiters ensuring high productivity and target achievement.
  • Expert in marketing

    OPT/CPT/EAD/ GC/ H1B

    consultants to prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships to secure maximum opportunities.
  • Drive end-to-end bench sales operations including sourcing requirements, negotiating rates, and securing placements.
  • Proactively identify suitable opportunities for consultants and ensure quick turnarounds.
  • Manage and expand database of vendors, hiring managers, and client contacts.
  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and timely submission for interviews and onboarding.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Experience in

  • Maintain placement reports, dashboards, recruiter performance tracking and projections to management.
  • Work closely with HR/Immigration teams to ensure smooth onboarding and visa processes.
  • Develop business strategies to increase placements and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 10–12+ years of hands-on US Bench Sales experience with strong

    OPT to GC

    placement exposure.
  • Minimum 4+ years managing a team of 10-15 recruiters.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients in the US market.
  • Familiarity with job boards like

    Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed

    , etc.
  • Must understand

    market rate negotiation

    ,

    consultant branding

    , and

    candidate retention strategies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.

Preferred:
