Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions. Job Posting & Outreach: Create job descriptions and post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other platforms. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems. Employer Branding: Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Strong communication Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and hiring best practices. Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
