Role & responsibilities Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. Primary sales of Metal Composite Panels (ACPs, ZCPs, etc), HPL, Louvers, Glass (Container, Sheets & renewables) to distributor, mapping of assigned territory. Overall responsibility for all Sales and Business Development activities in the project for assigned Territory. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. Execute project sales strategy to drive market penetration and maximize revenue in the Territory. Grow and manage relationships with all the stakeholders in the territory. Ensure strong communication between all stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information to effectively benefit from market opportunities and implement changes and improvements.
